If you are checking to see if the dues are currently paid in full on a property of interest, please use the “Contact Us” link and select the "Contact the Treasurer" option. Annual dues for 2025 were approved at $350. Ask the treasurer in subsequent years if dues have changed.
Glenshire Home Owners Association has a $100 transfer fee. This covers the cost of printing our welcome binder and membership directory. Checks should be made payable to Glenshire Civic Association.
